i planned a surprise trip. The room had some thoughtful extras. A tv screen allowed for extra pillow orders. The retreat's prompt pool service was great. I also enjoyed the clean gym and pool area. It felt easy to relax there. Breakfast felt very tasty too.
i felt the check in process was chaotic. The area was very busy. There wasn't enough staff to assist guests.

I greatly appreciated the spa access, including after checkout. The bed was comfortable. I found the room spacious, and I especially enjoyed the shower and bath. The staff's helpfulness added positively to my experience.
The mini-bar had an auto-charge system. This left us without space for our own items that needed to be kept cold. A dedicated space ' personal items in the mini-bar would be welcome.
